This qualification elevates your skills in the early childhood education and care sector, with a focus on leadership and support. Throughout this course, you will learn how to support and lead children’s learning and development, maintain compliance in service operations, supervise staff and work with community members and external agencies to achieve successful outcomes. You will learn how to analyse and apply a range of specialised theoretical concepts to diverse work situations.
The early childhood education and care sector is experiencing increased demand, driven by population growth and an emphasis on the importance of early childhood development. This course provides you with an opportunity to progress your career in a growing industry.
Throughout this course, you will gain skills in:
